Exchanges and refunds
We are unfortunately unable to exchange and refund delivered print items, such as our magazine. However, if you have never received your magazine or the item received is the wrong one or damaged please contact us via hello@wrongjournal.com and we will be happy to help and resolve the issue.
Eligibility
Our shop is intended for Users who are eighteen (18) years of age or older, and any purchases made on the Site by a person of the age of seventeen (17) or younger should be performed under the supervision of a legal parent or guardian who is fully able and competent to comprehend and adhere to the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations, and warranties set forth in this Agreement and on the shop, and to abide by and comply with this Agreement.
