How do subscriptions work?

All of our subscription plans start with the NEXT issue of Wrong Journal (if you want to buy the current issue, you have to add it to your cart separately). Every 6 months, we charge your credit card when we release a new issue (19€ + shipping costs). Your subscription keeps going until you cancel or your credit card expires. You’re in full control through your account to which you get access after your order.

Can I cancel my subscription any time?

Yes, there is no minimum time period. When you subscribe you’ll only be charged on a per-issue basis, starting with the next issue. At any time, you can change your subscription tier or cancel your subscription through your Wrong Journal account (check the email you receive after ordering).

How long does shipping take?

We ship orders once weekly (usually on Mondays) from our warehouse based in Berlin, Germany. Shipping within the EU usually takes 2-7 working days, to North America, Australia, and New Zealand 10-15 working days, and often longer to the rest of the world.

How much does shipping cost?

In single-issue orders:

EU + UK – 4,90€
Outside EU – 7,90€
USA – 12,50€

If you order more than one issue, the shipping cost depends on the total weight.
At the moment, we’re not able to ship more than 3 copies in a single order to countries outside EU/UK.

What payment methods do you offer?

At the end of the checkout you can choose between paying with credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Due to the way our subscriptions work, Apple Pay and Google Pay are not available for ongoing subscription plans.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we do. Make sure your shipping address is correct. If your language doesn’t use the Latin alphabet, please email us your address in Latin alphabet characters after your order. (We have to add it by law in Germany.)

Can I track my order?

In order to keep prices low, we only offer live-tracking on larger bulk orders. Adding tracking to single-issue orders would more than double our shipping costs.

Can I change my shipping address?

You can change your shipping and billing details until the order has fully shipped. Simple click on the link provided in our order confirmation email.
